I and my daughter have been going here for one year. So far, oil changes only but they have checked veh,s over and been quite informative re any needed repairs for future consideration. Not pushy at all. Very professional attitudes.
Since my husband passed away one and one half years ago, I have been taking advantage of various offers on oil changes to gauge the different ways service centers approach single older women who go to them for service. I was almost in shock because, when I used a voucher for their services for an oil change, that was all that it cost me!!!! I did not end up spending more for additional services or items that would have been recommended to me! I will definitely return to Beverly Tire & Auto for further service to my car.
Just a short note to express my appreciation for the treatment I received by Beverly Tire in Hamilton. Due to limited options in Parry Sound, I elected to utilize your shop in Hamilton, an area I frequent. A Mr. Mulally gave a no-nonsense reply to my Email [I am knowledgeable about things automotive]. My work was done on time, within the time estimate, and I received a washed care as a bonus. The tires were exactly as requested [focus on quiet hwy ride]. Not sure if Mr Mulally was the manager, but he should be...his customer service skills are above reproach. Thanks again.

The service was excellant. Had a flat tire and they fixed it immediately. Technician took the tire, broked it down,checked the wall, hole and repaired within 20 min. They were also very busy. Brought the tire out and the cashier said no charge. Very pleasant people. Competition next door said next day and $44.00. Definitely going back. Thanks again for your great service
